You can get help desk information and information of BT contacts from the BT contacts screen.
Click the BT contacts link from the footer menu to go to the BT contacts screen. The information displayed about the contacts is specific to the account with which you have logged in. If you have more than one account, then the BT contacts list vary according to the account to which you are currently attached.
As a user of this system you need to abide by certain policies which are described in the Privacy policy screen. Click the Privacy policy link from the footer menu to go to the Privacy policy screen. This screen has a list of frequently asked questions about privacy policy. Click on a link to read more about the privacy policy. There are different privacy policies for different accounts.
